Located close to Manchester, UK, our dedicated FBE coating facility has the capability to coat pipes and valves up to 6.0m in length, 2.5m diameter and 3000kg in weight, which can be coated internally and externally by fluidised bed application. Accredited Coating Supplier Northpoint is committed to providing the highest quality epoxy pipe coatings and is Drinking Water Inspectorate accredited, in addition to holding DWI certifications for Resicoat R4 HKC71R and Eurokote 468 Thixo. Typical applications for FBE coating include carbon steel fabricated pipe fittings, submersible pump risers, fire hydrants, static mixers, structural steelwork and reinforcement steel. Resicote is a primary corrosion protection system offering exceptional protection in demanding environments. Additional colour FBE coating can be added to external surface areas where colour coding or UV screening is required.
