Aguato
    How Aguato works

Describe the challenge. We do the matching.

Aguato connects organizations facing water challenges with the right solution providers. Move from describing your need to awarding a solution. Vendor-neutral, transparent, fast.

    For clients

    The client journey.

Four steps from problem to partner.

    01
    Define

    Post your project.

Share your objectives and context. Aguato supports two project types tuned to how water buyers actually operate.

    • Water / Wastewater Challenge Problem-driven. Reduce COD, achieve ZLD, improve reuse, meet new discharge limits. Describe your water matrix, operating conditions, and performance targets, and providers propose customized solutions.
    • Sourcing Request Procurement-driven. You already know what you need (membranes, dosing pumps, sensors, a specific treatment skid) and want the right provider at the best terms.

Include constraints (flow, footprint, energy, budget, timeline). Attach supporting files like water analyses, flow diagrams, and process descriptions. You can stay anonymous until you decide to share your identity.

    02
    Match

    Open bidding + targeted matching.

Once live, your project becomes visible to the network. In parallel, Nepti's intelligence engine shortlists providers whose expertise aligns with your industry, water matrix, and constraints. Providers can message you to clarify details before submitting.

    03
    Review

    Review offers & quotations.

You receive proposals in their native format, with no rigid templates. To evaluate consistently, focus on three axes:

    • Process & performance Proposed technology train and expected outcomes.
    • CAPEX / OPEX Breakdown including major consumables, energy, and utilities.
    • Delivery Footprint, utilities, lead time, service and maintenance options.

Use built-in chat to request clarifications or additional information, always with a full audit trail.

    04
    Award

    Award and collaborate.

Select your preferred solution and collaborate securely on Aguato. Messages, files, and milestones stay organized in one place, creating a clear, transparent trail from award to delivery.
